Melodye Gardner-Humphrey PA-C

Melodye Gardner-Humphrey was born in Abilene, TX, but raised in Crawford, TX. She graduated in 2000 from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and in 2002 from Southwest Texas State University with a Master of Education degree in Physical Education. In 2006, Melodye again graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Since then, she has practiced at the Luling Community Health Center in Luling, TX, In 2010 Melodye joined the staff at Wimberley Medical Clinic where she treats all ages. Melodye, her husband and two children reside in Wimberley with their dog Daisy.

Dr. Ivan Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez was born in Edinburg, Texas and raised in Mission, Texas. He finished his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1995 in the field of Family Practice. Dr. Ramirez practiced in Cuero, Texas for nine years before coming to Wimberley. In 2008 Dr. Ramirez bought the practice from Dr. Hudspeth.

He treats the whole family... from babies to great-grandparents. He is accepting new patients and he is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Ramirez is married and has four children. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association and Hays County Medical Society.
Tony Gibbs, PA-C

Tony provides primary care services, including preventative care, acute care, and chronic disease management, to patients
of all ages.

Gibbs earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Baylor University and a master’s degrees in music education from the University of North Texas. After a long career as a band director, Gibbs generated an interest in medical sciences and returned to school. He began his basic studies at Texas State University and was later accepted to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. While there, Gibbs earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree, with a strong emphasis in family medicine.

Tony and his wife Janice have been longtime residents of Kyle, TX and have two adult children, Sarah and Stuart. He is very excited to begin his second career at Ranch Road Family Medicine and is excited to be given the opportunity to provide healthcare services to this community.

Casandra Jackson, NP

Cassie has been in the medical field for the last 18 years which began when she joined the US Army as a healthcare specialist at the age of 17. Cassie has 13 years experience in the nursing field as she graduated in 2006 from Excelsior University with an associates degree in nursing and then 2009 from University of Texas El Paso with a bachelors in nursing she since then went back to school and graduated in 2019 with a Masters of science in nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She has been fortunate to work in a wide variety of specialties throughout this time expanding her knowledge base.

She’s an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau which is the international honor society in nursing and a member of the local Hill Country Nurse Practitioners Association.

Cassie and her husband Andrew currently reside in the Wimberley area and stay busy with their 4 children.
